Staff was very helpful , clean room and parking is easy

Great staff, great restaurant, super convenient and easy to get to. Just wish they weren't out of all their bar soap. Had to go buy soap to be able to wash my hands, etc.

The good: well maintained property. Mini fridge in room, one microwave on each floor. Pleasant staff, reasonable prices. Close to piers and services. The not so good: hairs that were not mine in tub. Still there after daily service. Daily service did not vacuum and rainy weather tracked things in. Fitted sheet didn’t fit mattress so would come off during the night. Also, a bit funny was the listing as “mountain view” But only from the bathroom.

There were no amenities. There was zero hotel staff and the only restaurant staff I came in contact with was a woman who made a scene because I wanted to take a few napkins back to my room. She made it VERY clear that the restaurant and the hotel are separate businesses and they have no connection. If you like staying in rooms with multiple entries (from both outside and inside) with zero deadbolts or peepholes for security, this is your dream. The shower was broken - the handheld sprayer (I stayed in an ADA room) would not stay up which made showers in the darker than average bathroom an unpleasant experience. Falling asleep at a reasonable time is also difficult with vacuuming happening at 8pm, sex noises coming through thin floors and walls, and people yelling and beating on doors in the hallway. Also, instead of checking in with a person, all details connected to the reservation (name, address, phone number, other personal details) are printed out and left on the front counter at some point with a pre-programmed room key so anyone walking by has access to your room and information before you even get there.
